About The Position
The Hepatitis/HIV Outreach Social Worker will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide case management services and harm reduction principles for clients of the target group, significant others and those at risk. Requirements
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
- Registered/eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
- Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
