About The Position
The Social Worker - BSW provides services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to adults involved in Primary Health Care programming. The incumbent will work collaboratively with community groups, agencies, and other professionals within the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Basic - Interpersonal skills
- Basic - Communication skills
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
Nice To Haves
- Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
Responsibilities
