About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) for an acute care hospital in Burbank, California. The 13-week assignment is scheduled to begin November 16, 2026. The position has a day schedule of five 8-hour shifts, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a caseload of approximately 1:25. No floating is required. Staff typically work one full weekend every four weeks. Business attire or scrubs are worn.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW).
- State licensure as required.
- At least 2 years of acute care social work experience, including discharge planning.
- BLS certification if required.
