About The Position
Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Social Worker (MSW) for Case Management at Newton Medical Center to work 8AM-4:30PM including one weekend every four weeks. This role involves discharge planning from an acute care hospital and providing supportive and therapeutic counseling.
Requirements
- MSW and Active LSW from NJ
- 1-year medical setting (acute care hospital) or 1 year externship would be considered.
- Candidates must be available to commit to 2–3 days per week during the first 4–6 weeks to ensure a thorough onboarding process.
- This role also requires working every other weekend.
