We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative Social Strategy & Content Lead to run ONE’s social media strategy, performance, audience growth, and day-to-day channel direction across our global platforms. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role. Successful candidates will have a track record of leading social media strategy, performance, and content direction – and also be excited to create content, test new formats, engage directly with platforms, and remain closely connected to day-to-day channel performance. We want someone who lives and breathes social media — someone who understands platform trends, algorithms, audience behavior, creator culture, and emerging technologies, and can translate those insights into content, campaigns, and distribution strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, brand visibility, and advocacy impact. This role will join a talented team of content, creative, and communications specialists.
