About The Position

Apollo is the global leader in premium electric mobility, building the best-riding scooters in the world. This role is an ownership position responsible for elevating Apollo's social media presence to match the quality of its products. The Social & Content Lead will own the social strategy across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, set the direction, and be accountable for results. This individual will be responsible for building the social strategy from the ground up, rather than inheriting an existing plan.

Requirements

  • Independently owned a channel or social strategy with demonstrable results driven without direct supervision.
  • Ability to think in systems, build repeatable processes, and run disciplined creative tests.
  • Proficiency in using AI for automating creator outreach, generating creative variations, faster editing, and pulling reports.
  • Experience coordinating creative teams in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Hands-on videography and editing experience, with the ability to shoot and cut when needed.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube (long and short-form) and fluency in what performs on Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
  • Relentless in sourcing and signing creators; comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple creator workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proactive, quick to adopt new technology, and able to think outside the box.

  • Experience with tools like Higgsfield for AI-driven tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the social strategy and content calendar across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, aligned to product launches, campaigns, and paid media.
  • Implement a structured creative testing system including hypotheses, variants, results, and iteration.
  • Manage the full creator lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, negotiation (often product-for-content), briefing, production oversight, and delivery.
  • Plan and run shoots, including the filming schedule, content pipeline, and ensuring high-quality footage.
  • Repurpose existing footage into short-form social and ad-ready content at a consistent volume.
  • Handle day-to-day social management, including posting, replying to comments, and direct messages.
  • Source and onboard new micro and UGC creators as the roster grows.
  • Track and report on monthly social KPIs, providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and manage brand partnerships and collaborations to expand Apollo's reach.
