About The Position

The Social Strategist plays a critical role in shaping and evolving the brand’s social presence across key platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Strategy, this manager-level individual contributor role develops channel specific strategies and translates brand and marketing priorities into social-first plans that drive engagement and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop platform-specific social strategies aligned to brand, marketing, and business priorities
  • Translate campaign objectives and cultural insights into clear social content frameworks
  • Partner with creative, content, influencer, PR, and paid media teams for integrated execution
  • Provide guidance on content formats, publishing rhythms, and platform best practices
  • Analyze performance, audience behavior, and trends to inform optimization
  • Build and maintain test-and-learn agendas
  • Present strategy and insights to cross-functional partners and leadership
  • Stay current on social platforms, trends, and competitive landscape
