This co-op role is for the Fall 2026 term, specifically from July/August to December. The Social Sharks Latin America (LATAM) Marketing Co-op will support the Latin America Social Media Team in key initiatives, with a focus on social-first marketing, community engagement, and market intelligence. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about social media, deeply connected to Latin American culture, and eager to build brand relationships across LATAM markets. The co-op will act as a liaison between the brand and the Latin American customer community, nurturing relationships, facilitating conversations, and fostering a positive online environment while supporting regional marketing strategies. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with conversational Spanish proficiency being a strong plus. The role involves implementing community engagement strategies, monitoring and responding to feedback in multiple languages, staying updated on LATAM social media trends, creating culturally relevant content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying user-generated content opportunities, assisting with special projects, and tracking community sentiment and engagement metrics.
