Georgia Pines Decatur County Mental Health Outpatient Co-Responder program is currently seeking a real leader, someone who has the passion, commitment, talent, and ability to work collaboratively with their peers to continue to advance the mission and vision of the organization. The selected applicant, case manager, will focus on post-crisis outreach, coordination of services, and engagement with community resources, while also supporting documentation and program accountability. Covering both Colquitt and Mitchell Counties will allow this role to operate efficiently while reinforcing the overall effectiveness of the co-responder model and supporting both law enforcement and clinical teams.
