About The Position

This role is for a Social Services professional with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of acute hospital case management experience. The responsibilities include managing up to 2 units on weekends and focusing on discharge planning. The role requires availability for every other weekend and holiday coverage. A California state license is preferred, and pending licenses are accepted. There are no more than 7 days of RTO restrictions.
