About The Position

This role is for a Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in an Acute Care Facility. The position requires experience in both social work and discharge planning within a medical setting. The role involves managing patient caseloads with a ratio of 1:25 for day shifts. There is an expectation of working one full weekend every four weeks, depending on department needs. The position is open to first-time travelers, but they will undergo a screening process. There are also restrictions on requested time off, limiting it to no more than 7 days.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
• 2 years of acute medical Social Work experience.
• Experience performing both social work and discharge planning roles.
• First-time travelers must be screened.
