About The Position

To identify and intervene with at-risk populations to mitigate psychosocial barriers to optimal care outcomes. Social workers provide services to children, adolescents, and adult patients/families/staff at Children's Mercy and complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans in conjunction with internal and external team members. This role will support the Kidney/Dialysis area but also may be used in other areas as needed.

Requirements

• Master's Degree MSW from Accredited Program and 1-2 years experience
• Licensed Master's Social Worker MO required upon hire
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker MO required upon hire
• Licensed Master's Social Worker KS required within 90 days
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker Specialist KS required within 90 days
• LMSW MO Licensed Master's Social Worker MO must have a license in the state of primary work location upon hire and then be dually licensed in both states within 90 days of employment OR Required 90 Days
