About The Position

The Social Services Director at Eagle Valley Meadows in Indianapolis, Indiana, delivers medically related social services to help residents attain or maintain the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for clinical and human services knowledge, empathetic communication with residents and families, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, departments, professionals, consultants, organizations, and government regulatory agencies. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a human services field.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Knowledge of social work principles, psychosocial assessments and interventions, case management, discharge planning, and crisis intervention.
• Empathetic interpersonal engagement, clear communication, conflict resolution, and mediation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work toward common goals.
