About The Position

At Morgan & Morgan, we are building one of the fastest-growing Social Security Disability practices in the country and are seeking experienced attorneys. The role involves representing Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims, preparing them for hearings, and advocating on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges. Attorneys will manage a substantial caseload, maintain exceptional client service, and work closely with experienced case managers and support staff. The position requires developing legal strategy, preparing evidence, and building compelling cases for clients, helping them navigate critical legal matters. This is an office-based position designed for collaboration and mentorship within a high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload
• Outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills
• Strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities
