With limited supervision, the Social Media Strategist develops and executes content-led social media strategies for National University and its affiliates, with a strong emphasis on content planning, community and reputation management, and short-form video storytelling. This role translates institutional priorities into platform-specific content strategies, leads day-to-day content execution, and partners closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to engage audiences and strengthen brand trust. Produce and report metrics on the success of social media channels and makes data-informed recommendations for optimization. Responsible for day-to-day boosting budget for organic social posts across multiple platforms.
