The Social Media Manager will be a key part of Mythic’s growing Social Media Team. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, overseeing content creation, and analyzing performance to optimize engagement and impact across Mythic’s clients. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, creatives, and strategists to bring brands to life across platforms.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in organic social media management
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and their best practices
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong desire to understand the “why” behind performance metrics
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving trends
  • Passion for social media and fostering online communities
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe, Canva, CapCut)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our clients’ brand and marketing goals, including content strategy, content creation, posting, community management, analytics, and reporting
  • Identify and capitalize on real-time trends that present social media opportunities for the agency and its clients
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform strategy recommendations
  • Plan and manage content calendars across multiple social platforms, including posting schedules, ensuring timely execution, and monitoring emerging trends
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams to develop compelling social media content while ensuring brand consistency across platforms
  • Ensure creative assets are tailored for each platform, adhere to best practices and paid/promoted post requirements, and have undergone a thorough QA process
  • Track and analyze social media performance across platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize content and engagement strategies
  • Support the social media team with content creation as needed
