About The Position

A US-based multi-brand company in the regenerative medicine and stem cell sector is hiring a Social Media Specialist to own its organic social presence across a portfolio of consumer and professional brands and turn content activity into measurable audience and acquisition growth. The company runs several distinct revenue lines — including a direct-to-consumer banking product, a physician partnership network, and a flagship annual industry conference — and is privately held with a lean team of under 25 people. It is scaling through organic marketing and has split its previously combined marketing function into dedicated specialist tracks, creating this role to give organic social dedicated ownership with measurable accountability. Day-to-day, the Social Media Specialist sets the organic social strategy, builds and runs the content calendar, produces static and short-form content, and reports on growth across platforms while keeping brand voice consistent for both consumer and professional audiences. Success means demonstrably growing audiences and connecting content to acquisition and engagement results — not simply maintaining a posting cadence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing with direct ownership of organic social growth
  • Demonstrated, quantifiable organic social results personally driven (e.g., follower growth, engagement-rate improvements, acquisition leads, or video-view milestones)
  • End-to-end ownership of the organic social workflow: strategy, content calendar, scheduling, and publishing
  • Hands-on production of organic social content — static graphics, short-form video, and platform copy
  • Experience running organic content across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing communication and content writing in a specialized subject area
