About The Position

REVOLVE is a next-generation fashion retailer for Millennial and Generation Z consumers. The Owned Brand division is an industry-leading fashion design and production house based in Los Angeles. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy and will manage all social channels for FWRD, with primary focus on Instagram, Instagram Stories and TikTok, as well as select Owned Brand social channels. The role will focus on strengthening brand presence and driving strategies to grow the audience, increase engagement and overall content performance. This role will work closely with relevant cross-functional teams to create and execute social strategies that support key brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Instagram and TikTok, a must
  • Passion for fashion, beauty and pop culture
  • Strong knowledge of trends within the fashion and luxury space
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborator, communicator and team-player
  • Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling
  • Knowledgeable in a variety of photo / video editing apps for the creation of social assets
  • Experience in social content creation (photo, video)
  • Understands the importance of performance data and possesses a strong ability to analyze and synthesize the data into actionable plans
  • Facility with social listening and analytics tools
  • Strong knowledge of influencers in the luxury space
  • Flexible with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • 2-3 years of social media experience
  • Expertise in Instagram and TikTok; Strong knowledge of YouTube
  • Strong knowledge of the influencers and brands that are carried on FWRD and REVOLVE
  • Experience with paid social campaigns

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in project management and social tools a plus (Airtable, Dash Hudson, Asana, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy as well as the Owned Brand and FWRD cross-functional teams to establish an annual social calendar that includes all of key commerce initiatives, brand initiatives and events
  • Develop detailed social media campaigns supporting key brand initiatives and launches across FWRD and select Owned Brands
  • Establish evergreen messaging and creative strategy for Instagram and TikTok
  • Ensure creative, messaging and brand voice is consistent across channels and aligned to each channels’ evolving brand identity
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy that fits the specific goals of each initiative and suit the nuances of each channel
  • Manage the day-to-day posting and performance monitoring to ensure creative quality and cohesion
  • Work closely with Influencer Relations team to develop and continuously evolve a program of influencers and brand ambassadors that support select channels
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing cross-functional teams (Influencer Relations, Events, Partnerships) to ensure excellent social integration and support for events and marketing campaigns
  • Develop / Execute / Iterate audience growth strategies for FWRD and select Owned Brand channels
  • Participate in creative brainstorms / ideation sessions with larger Content Team to keep creative / content capture fresh and ever-elevating
  • Work closely with Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy and Analytics Team to assess content / strategy performance and provide iterations, bi-weekly and monthly (Bi-Weekly Team Meeting and Monthly Content Recaps)
  • Quarterly competitive research to identify new opportunities
  • Shoot content for social; as needed
