Learn more about our story and join us on our journey. About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to support and execute Vilgain's organic social presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, knows what performs on Instagram and TikTok, and wants to be part of building a global food brand's social identity day by day.

Requirements

Experience creating and publishing content for social media channels, ideally for a consumer brand.
Strong understanding of Instagram — reels, stories, feed aesthetics, captions and community behavior.
Good eye for content quality — you know what looks good and feels native on each platform.
Organised and reliable — you can manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
Genuine passion for food, nutrition and lifestyle.
Excellent English; other languages are a plus.
Creative, curious and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Create and publish organic content across Vilgain's social channels — primarily Instagram, with support across TikTok, Pinterest and others.
Execute content plans set by the Social Media Manager, adapting content across markets as needed.
Manage community engagement — responding to comments and DMs and building genuine connections with followers.
Support the creation of reels, stories and feed content: writing captions, briefing visuals, coordinating with creative.
Monitor trends, formats and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Track performance metrics and share insights to support continuous content improvement.
Assist with social-first campaigns, product launches and key brand moments.
