The specialist will design the strategy, develop enablement materials, conduct trainings, create engagement initiatives, and produce content. This position requires collaboration with marketing, communications, HR, and sales teams to integrate advocacy into Cohesity's external presence. The role offers significant ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape the program's direction and growth.

  • Comfort with social analytics and a genuine interest in using data to improve work.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and how to use them to work smarter.
  • Interest in or experience with the cybersecurity or enterprise tech space.
  • Collaborative approach, working well across teams and helping others feel confident on social media.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • English language proficiency (can interact with a degree of fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and running employee trainings, enablement sessions, or ambassador programs.
  • Creative instincts for contests, campaigns, and engagement programs that excite people.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Build and scale the Employee Advocacy Program, owning the full lifecycle from strategy to growth.
  • Develop and execute a program roadmap to increase employee awareness and participation.
  • Create onboarding and ongoing trainings for employees on the importance and execution of advocacy.
  • Design creative contests, challenges, and recognition programs to incentivize participation.
  • Develop strategies to engage employees across different regions, functions, and levels.
  • Write shareable content that reflects employee perspectives.
  • Partner with PR, HR, employer branding, and sales to integrate advocacy into company initiatives.
  • Track and report on program performance metrics (shares, engagement, reach, participation) for continuous improvement.
  • Create and schedule social media content for employees to share on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
  • Write on-brand copy for employee sharing that is clear and platform-appropriate.
  • Support campaign development for product launches, events, and company milestones.
  • Experiment with various content formats (video, carousels, short-form) to optimize employee sharing.
  • Stay current on platform changes, social trends, and B2B tech social media best practices.
  • Track and report on social performance, advocacy metrics, and content engagement.
  • Test posting times, formats, and messaging to improve reach and results.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
