About The Position

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Analyst to write for the Salesforce and Dreamforce corporate handles and help shape the editorial voice of our global handle network. This is a writing role first. You'll produce customer story copy, product launch posts, executive amplification, native articles, social-first video scripts, and live event content across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads. The bar is the post itself, measured against a 10x quality bar, not a publishing quota. The team works in AI. You will too. We treat AI as a thought partner, a calibration tool, and an occasional drafting assist. Your feedback lands on the prompt, not just the post.

Requirements

  • 3+ years writing social or marketing copy, B2B technology preferred.
  • Portfolio with customer story copy, product launch copy, and social-first video posts. We review for taste and judgment, not volume.
  • Editorial instincts. Can recognize a strong post, articulate why, kill a draft that doesn't earn its slot, and give structured feedback on AI outputs.
  • Hands-on fluency with at least two of: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, custom GPTs, Gems, Slackbot skills, Cowork. Willing to prototype small tools, not just consume them.
  • Working knowledge of X algorithm behavior and platform-native craft on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads.
  • Comfort writing for senior enterprise decision-makers and technical audiences.
  • Experience with social analytics, including post-by-post grading against a rubric.

  • B2B SaaS or AI-related content background
  • Canva or Figma for light asset creation
  • CapCut or Premiere for video editing
  • Live event content experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe Firefly, Gemini 2.5+, or Runway for approved AI image generation
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce products, CRM, and the Agentic Enterprise narrative

Responsibilities

  • Write across the full mix. Customer stories, product launches, executive amplification, native articles, meme captions, video post copy, event content, holiday calendar pre-loads.
  • Script social-first videos with the in-house creator team. Hooks live in the script, on-screen text, copy, and thumbnail, not just the caption.
  • Own recurring programs end-to-end. Behind the Build customer carousels and native articles are the two anchor programs for this role.
  • Support launches and events with planning content and live-posting across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads.
  • Grade posts on the team's X rubric (copy, creative, X-nativeness, algorithm score) and contribute to the Weekly X Performance Report.
  • Use AI as a thought partner and calibration tool. Share prompts alongside outputs.
  • Prototype Slackbot skills, Gems, or Cowork workflows when they remove friction for you or the team.
  • Collaborate across Blog, Customer Marketing, PR, Product Marketing, and Strategic Events on cross-functional content.
