The Content Strategist is responsible for developing and leading content strategies, with a heightened focus on social media, that educate, inspire, and empower key audiences while advancing Blue Cross NC business and brand priorities. This role translates enterprise, campaign, and integrated planning strategies into clear, audience-driven content approaches across social media, blog content, newsletters, print, and other owned content channels. The Content Strategist takes a holistic view of content, ensuring stories, messages, and information are delivered in the right formats, through the right channels, at the right moments to guide audiences from awareness to consideration to conversion. This role partners closely with integrated teams including brand and campaign strategists, content creators, channel owners, and performance marketing partners to shape content that is intentional, integrated, and effective.
