About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a dedicated, kind, and capable Social Media & Online Reputation Specialist to collaborate with their team in the management of dealership and manufacturer marketing campaigns for a diverse group of car dealerships. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about helping people, enjoys creating and sharing engaging content, and is flexible and supportive in a team environment. The primary responsibility is to support dealerships and Kendall Cares representatives in delivering exceptional service to customers and communities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in social media management, customer service, or reputation management
Experience with marketing communications or project management
Familiarity with social media platforms, review management tools, and analytics dashboards
Automotive industry experience
Co-Op experience is a plus
Familiarity with Reputation management platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite
Familiarity with Google Business Profile (Listings)
Familiarity with Email marketing platforms
