We are seeking a dedicated, kind, and capable Social Media & Online Reputation Specialist to collaborate with our team in the management of dealership and manufacturer marketing campaigns for our diverse group of car dealerships. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about helping people, enjoys creating and sharing engaging content, and is flexible and supportive in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, customer service, or reputation management
  • Experience with marketing communications or project management
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, review management tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Co-Op experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and online reviews
  • Create posts in alignment with manufacturer guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with brand and creative standards
  • Manage and publish social media content
  • Monitor and enhance the company’s online reputation
  • Support community outreach and engagement initiatives
  • Create, publish, and distribute monthly newsletters
  • Update and maintain online blog content
