We’re looking for a creative, organized, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who brings energy and curiosity to their work, enjoys building community, and is eager to learn while contributing fresh ideas. In this role, you’ll assist with strengthening our brand presence and engagement across global social media platforms, using performance data and insights to guide content decisions and continuous improvement. You’ll help manage and optimize content across key platforms (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed), ensuring consistency with brand voice, tone, and best practices in a regulated industry. You’ll research trending topics, platform trends, and cultural conversations, then translate them into relevant, insurance-focused content that informs, engages, and adds value to our audiences. You’ll also support social listening and sentiment monitoring, helping to surface insights, risks, and opportunities that inform future content and community engagement strategies. Working cross-functionally with teammates across web, video, graphic design, PR, and data, you’ll play an active role in integrated marketing initiatives while developing your skills in analytics, reporting, and social strategy execution.
