About The Position

Join PRC-Saltillo as a Social Media Specialist to amplify inclusive communication. The position offers creative ownership over strategy, content creation, and innovation across various social platforms. It emphasizes data-informed storytelling, utilizing analytics and testing to continuously refine engagement. You will make a meaningful impact by supporting inclusive communication for AAC users worldwide and collaborate with clinical, marketing, and education teams to tell authentic stories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience executing modern social media strategies and tools.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing corporate social media accounts and/or digital content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement drivers, and content optimization techniques.
  • Proven experience managing paid social advertising and executing targeted campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Ability to analyze social media analytics and apply data-driven insights to content strategy.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Passion for AAC, accessibility, and inclusive communication.
  • Experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end social media strategy and execution across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others, ensuring brand alignment and clinical relevance.
  • Develops and manages a comprehensive content calendar using social media management tools to maintain consistent posting cadence.
  • Creates platform-specific content formats such as short-form videos, reels, carousels, live streams, and stories to optimize engagement and algorithm performance.
  • Translates AAC research, product features, and implementation strategies into accessible, shareable content for SLPs, educators, caregivers, and AAC users.
  • Implement audience growth strategies including hashtag optimization, trend participation, and influencer collaboration within AAC and SLP communities.
