About The Position

The Social Media Specialist supports the Miles Adcox Brand of Onsite Wellness Group, working closely alongside him to capture his voice, vision, and presence across digital platforms. This role is equal parts creative and strategic — responsible for building and sustaining a personal brand that reflects his leadership and the deeper mission of emotional wellness that Onsite is built upon. The work you do here isn’t just content creation — it’s storytelling. The moments you capture and the words you share have the power to reach someone in a dark place, introduce them to the idea that healing is possible, and move them toward transformation. As the keeper of his digital voice, you carry something significant: the opportunity to extend the reach of a mission that is changing lives every single day.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related digital or creative role
  • A strong eye for visual storytelling — demonstrated photography, videography, and video editing skills are required
  • Experience building or supporting a personal brand, executive online presence, or influencer account
  • Deep fluency with major social media platforms and their evolving features, algorithms, and trends
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences and contexts
  • A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Flexibility and genuine enthusiasm for travel — this is a hybrid role with regular travel required alongside the Miles Adcox
  • A genuine connection to the values of emotional wellness, personal growth, and human connection

Responsibilities

  • Travel alongside the Miles Adcox to capture behind-the-scenes moments, speaking engagements, and experiences as they unfold, bringing his story to life in real time
  • Film, photograph, and edit content for use across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Develop and manage a consistent content calendar that reflects his voice, values, and evolving personal brand
  • Ideate and pitch fresh, bold ideas for social media growth, staying ahead of platform trends and bringing original, creative concepts to every conversation
  • Write compelling captions, short-form narratives, and copy that are authentic to his voice and aligned with the Onsite mission
  • Monitor analytics across platforms, using data to inform strategy and continuously improve content performance
  • Engage with the online community in a manner that is warm, professional, and on-brand, extending the same care in digital spaces that Onsite is known for in person
  • Manage the full content lifecycle, from ideation and capture through editing, scheduling, and posting across all active platforms
  • Collaborate with the broader Onsite team where content intersects with organizational storytelling, brand initiatives, or major events
  • Serve as a culture keeper by embodying the ANCHOR values and delivering Healing Hospitality in every interaction
