Requirements

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are critical for clear and effective interaction with our community and internal teams.
The ability to empathize with users, navigate challenging conversations, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions.
A proven capacity to analyze situations quickly, make sound decisions, and effectively resolve issues as they arise.
A solid understanding of various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube, their features, and user behaviors across each. Familiarity with content syndication platforms is also essential.
A thorough understanding and ability to apply both platform and brand-specific community guidelines.
Meticulous attention to detail to identify subtle nuances and potential problems within user-generated content, as well as ensure the quality of internal content.
The flexibility to adapt to new social media platforms, tools, and evolving trends in the fast-paced digital landscape, along with the ability to adjust work hours for event-specific needs.

Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content (comments, posts, images, videos) on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and others, as well as content syndication platforms, to ensure adherence to brand and platform guidelines.
Keeping up with and identifying current legal events and trending topics to ensure that our content is relevant and up to date.
Conduct quality control (QC) and brand standard review of internal content prior to posting for public consumption, ensuring accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
Actively engage with our online community, responding to user inquiries, addressing concerns, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Consistently apply and enforce our community guidelines to maintain a respectful and constructive online environment.
Proactively identify and remove offensive, abusive, spammy, or harmful content, including harassment, bullying, and hate speech.
Provide timely and helpful responses to user questions, offering customer support and resolving issues related to our brand or products.
Work flexible hours when necessary to support and moderate live events or campaigns, ensuring a positive real-time community experience.
Generate reports on moderation activities, identify emerging trends, and provide valuable feedback to the social media team to optimize our strategies.
Work closely with other team members on marketing campaigns, content strategies, and various initiatives to enhance our overall social media presence.
