About The Position

Supports daily content development, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across official social media platforms. This entry-level position is intended for early-career professionals with foundational social media experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • No prior experience required
  • Familiarity with major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience through internships or student roles in social media management
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
  • Exposure to analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social)

Responsibilities

  • Draft and schedule content for X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Respond to comments and direct messages with guidance
  • Track social performance metrics and trends
  • Identify emerging social trends and contribute ideas to team content planning
  • Collaborate with creative and editorial teams
