About The Position

We're looking for a creative and organized Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow Firegang's online presence and strengthen our brand within the dental industry. This role will focus on creating and publishing social media content, supporting the personal brand of Firegang leadership, engaging with the dental community online, and helping position Firegang as a trusted resource for dentists. If you enjoy social media, storytelling, relationship building, and staying on top of digital trends, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media for a business, brand, or executive.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to match different brand voices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social media trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Metricool, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools is preferred.
  • Marketing, communications, journalism, or content creation experience is a plus.
  • Dental industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Manage both Firegang's company accounts and leadership's professional social media presence.
  • Repurpose existing content into engaging social posts.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Monitor comments and messages, responding when appropriate.
  • Work closely with Firegang leadership to help grow their online presence.
  • Draft social media posts, thought leadership content, and industry commentary.
  • Identify opportunities to showcase expertise, company culture, client success stories, and educational content.
  • Help develop content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Participate in online conversations within the dental industry.
  • Engage thoughtfully with dentists, industry leaders, and influencers across social media platforms and online communities.
  • Build authentic relationships that increase awareness of the Firegang brand.
  • Stay active in relevant Facebook groups, LinkedIn discussions, podcasts, and other industry communities.
  • Research current social media trends and recommend new ideas to improve engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and industry visibility.
  • Track engagement metrics and share insights with the marketing team.
  • Continuously look for ways to strengthen Firegang's digital presence.
