About The Position
NABRICO Marine Products is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brand presence. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience in content creation, brand storytelling, and digital engagement within a manufacturing environment. This role will help showcase our people, products, and culture while supporting recruiting, branding, and business communication initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications (internships applicable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and engaging with employees across all levels
Nice To Haves
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms is a plus
- Photography and/or video editing experience
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining NABRICO’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels)
- Create and schedule engaging content including posts, photos, short-form videos, and employee highlights
- Support internal teams by promoting company events, safety initiatives, hiring efforts, and operational milestones
- Capture content onsite (photos/videos) that reflects our facilities, employees, and products
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide basic reporting on performance and trends
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and professional standards
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting campaigns and employer branding efforts
- Stay current on social media trends and recommend new ideas to enhance visibility
