CDM Investment Group has a new and exciting opportunity for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator based in our Omaha Service Group Office. This role supports CDM’s portfolio of construction brands nationwide, helping elevate our reputation as an employer of choice and a preferred construction partner across the United States. Our Service Group functions as the internal engine of the organization — supporting the entire company through shared services, strategy, and collaboration. As a member of the Marketing team at the Service Group, you’ll work closely with leaders across the business to tell our story, showcase our people and projects, and help unify our brand presence. Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media production, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience with creative software and content editing tools.
  • Platform samples and/or work samples available to share.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all messaging consistently reflects CDM’s core values: Respect, Integrity, Growth, Honesty, and Teamwork.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms across CDM’s portfolio of brands (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Evaluate and explore opportunities for sustainable presence on new or underutilized platforms, clearly defining purpose and positioning on each platform.
  • Develop compelling, on-brand content to support company, business development, recruitment, and community engagement.
  • Actively engage on social platforms by responding to comments and messages in a professional, timely manner.
  • Partner closely with colleagues to support employer branding initiatives, employee spotlights, and project highlights.
  • Manage and report on engagement metrics, maintaining a scorecard, setting goals, and monitoring outcomes.
  • Support company-wide branding initiatives by coordinating updates to internal brand guidelines, internal documents, and public-facing platforms.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and content schedules.
  • Assist with digital asset libraries.
  • Coordinate with internal social media contributors, external vendors, and agency partners.
  • Assist with organizing marketing materials and internal resources.
  • Track assigned project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure work stays on schedule.
