Leading IT Service Provider seeks a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing technology company! The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator works closely with our Chief Revenue Officer promoting the Centaris brand via website, social media, and business development campaigns. This role serves as the liaison to the external marketing firm, oversees CRM software and social media campaign schedules, and pulls KPI data to determine social media campaigns’ success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, business, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience in business, promotional sales, or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software
  • Experience with overseeing social media campaign schedules
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and present recommendations to leadership
  • Strong understanding of KPI’s as related to social media
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with CRO and product teams to develop branding messages
  • Manages CRM system to have appropriate fields and reporting
  • Liaison with supplier partners to track and suggest uses for MDF funding
  • Collects and compiles client feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership
  • Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives
  • Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis
  • Implements and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing
  • Tracks client engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
  • Coordination and planning of client events
