About The Position

We're seeking a creative, driven, and curious Marketing Associate to support our Marketing team with a strong focus on social media. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, content creation, and digital engagement. You'll get hands-on experience across platforms, campaigns, and content formats, and walk away with real-world skills and portfolio-worthy projects. You'll also have the chance to work across multiple brands, collaborate with creative teams, and learn from experienced marketers.

Requirements

  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your work and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or digital communications (agency or in-house).
  • Strong creative mindset with video editing skills for short-form formats (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Proficient in Canva.
  • Exceptional writing and copyediting skills, clear, concise, and brand-aligned.
  • Sharp visual eye and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

  • Capcut and other editing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce assets like carousels, graphics, Reels, and stories.
  • Draft and manage social media calendars, adapting voice and visuals to each brand.
  • Write compelling captions and help ensure a consistent brand tone.
  • Gain experience designing visual assets using tools like Canva.
  • Support the team in creating content for 4 different brands.
  • Assist in creating sales and marketing collaterals such as digital one-pagers and ad visuals for Campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, learning how to draw insights from analytics.
