About The Position

The Learning Experience (Multi-site Child Care Center Organization) is seeking a highly energetic, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Enrollment Manager to strengthen the organization's online presence while driving enrollment growth. This role combines social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, relationship-building, and admissions support to help families discover, connect with, and enroll at our center. The ideal candidate is social media savvy, outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional first impressions for prospective families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of Experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, and content creation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with families and conducting tours
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for early childhood education and community engagement

Nice To Haves

  • Photography, video editing, and graphic design skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the center’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • Create engaging photo, video, and written content showcasing classroom activities, center culture, special events, and educational programs
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Increase online visibility, parent engagement, and community awareness
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos while ensuring compliance with center policies and permissions
  • Promote events, enrollment campaigns, seasonal programs, and community partnerships
  • Track social media performance metrics and recommend growth strategies
  • Collaborate with Organization's Digital Marketing Agency to optimize fund allocation, effectiveness and ROI metrics
  • Maintain a polished, consistent, and professional brand image online
  • Respond promptly to all enrollment inquiries through phone, email, website, and social media channels
  • Build relationships with prospective families and guide them through the enrollment process
  • Schedule and facilitate engaging center tours in collaboration with Center Management
  • Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion from inquiry to enrollment
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and enrollment records
  • Support Center Management in family onboarding and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with center leadership to meet enrollment and retention goals
