Within the Marketing Unit and with support from the Brand Marketing, Design, PR, and Product Marketing teams, you will be responsible for managing and growing our organic social media presence across key platforms. You will own the creation of channel-specific content, foster meaningful dialogue with our audience, and ensure fast, clear, and credible community interactions. You will translate topics related to trust, authenticity, and AI into engaging storytelling that strengthens the Trusted Shops narrative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and AI-supported tools
  • Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily management of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok while developing channel-specific content plans aligned with brand priorities and business goals.
  • Create and publish organic content across multiple formats such as short videos, posts, and visual storytelling, while continuously monitoring performance and optimizing topics and formats.
  • Build and manage an active community through dialogue and interaction, moderate discussions, respond to comments and messages, and strengthen engagement around trust, authenticity, and AI visibility.
  • Conduct social listening, monitor relevant conversations, analyze channel performance, and implement data-driven optimization measures to improve reach, engagement, and community interaction.
  • Develop social-first content formats, ensure visual and tonal consistency with the brand identity system, and use AI-supported tools for research, ideation, and optimization.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Design, PR, and Product Marketing teams to align social media activities with broader brand visibility and awareness objectives.
