Social Media Manager (Contract)

About The Position
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes vertical content: someone who understands the platforms mechanically (not just culturally), knows how to feed the algorithm without sacrificing authenticity, and can show up consistently in a space where consistency is everything. You'll have full ownership of our social presence (TikTok, YT, IG, X) across all channels and the autonomy to build it your way.
Requirements
- 2 yrs of managing Social Media channels for a brand, owning growth, and engagement.
- Deep understanding of how platform algorithms work and how to use that knowledge to drive real results.
- Strong communication skills able to write copy that sounds human and engaging without a lot of hand-holding.
Nice To Haves
- Active D&D / TTRPG player or game master: speaks the community's language natively.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or community-driven brands.
- Video editing skills in TikTok, CapCut, AI Tools, etc.
- Leveraged content scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
