As Oura continues to grow across consumer, healthcare, and commercial markets, there is a growing opportunity to use social as a channel for credibility, education, and connection. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to build and scale Oura's presence across LinkedIn and other key platforms, turning internal expertise into external influence. This role will focus on social strategy and content production, developing employee advocacy, and elevating executive and scientific voices - with commercial storytelling as one of several priority areas. This is a builder role. You will create the systems, workflows, and content approach that enable Oura’s clinical, scientific, and commercial teams to show up consistently and effectively—while ensuring efforts ladder to broader business goals over time. You will partner closely with Commercial, Science, Marketing, and Creative teams, as well as the Director of Social & Influencer, to ensure alignment between consumer and commercial storytelling.
