About The Position

The Social Media Manager is responsible for leading the creative execution of the brand across all digital and social platforms. This role owns organic social strategy, content development, and audience engagement, with a focus on driving brand awareness, patient connection, and top of funnel growth. This position works closely with the Director of Organizational & Sales Development for strategic direction, collaborates with Hype Marketing for production and execution, and partners with the Marketing Analytics lead to ensure creative aligns with performance insights. This is a creative first role that requires strong storytelling ability, visual direction, and an understanding of how content drives patient interest and trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, design, and storytelling ability
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels, including algorithm behavior, content formats, and best practices.
  • Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement in planning, prioritizing, and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles such as brand positioning, audience segmentation, and campaign planning.
  • Skilled in creative direction and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels and formats.

Responsibilities

  • Own organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Plan and manage a rolling content calendar at least one month in advance
  • Develop and execute content across key categories such as services, patient education, culture, and brand storytelling
  • Ensure consistent posting cadence and alignment with campaigns and promotions
  • Promote monthly specials, events, and key initiatives across platforms
  • Lead creative direction for social and digital content across the organization
  • Create original visual content that aligns with brand standards and messaging
  • Design graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and in clinic marketing support
  • Collaborate with Hype Marketing to execute high quality content including video, photography, and campaigns
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
  • Manage daily engagement across platforms, including comments, messages, and interactions
  • Oversee online reputation platforms including Google Business Profiles and Rater8
  • Respond to reviews and support brand perception across digital channels
  • Identify, manage, and grow influencer partnerships
  • Coordinate campaigns, contracts, and deliverables with influencers
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to expand brand reach
  • Partner with the Director of Organizational & Sales Development to align creative with overall strategy
  • Work closely with Hype to bring creative concepts to life and leverage production resources
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics lead to align content with performance data and insights
  • Support Facilities with design needs for in clinic marketing materials when needed
  • Oversee Google Business Profiles and ensure accurate, up to date content
  • Support YouTube and other emerging platforms as needed
  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep the brand competitive
