The Social Media Manager is responsible for leading the creative execution of the brand across all digital and social platforms. This role owns organic social strategy, content development, and audience engagement, with a focus on driving brand awareness, patient connection, and top of funnel growth. This position works closely with the Director of Organizational & Sales Development for strategic direction, collaborates with Hype Marketing for production and execution, and partners with the Marketing Analytics lead to ensure creative aligns with performance insights. This is a creative first role that requires strong storytelling ability, visual direction, and an understanding of how content drives patient interest and trust.
