About The Position

Branded Bills is a premium headwear company focused on quality, craft, and creating iconic headwear. Our in-house creative team produces high-quality content, and our social channels are where this content comes to life. We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will own the brand's online voice, drive growth through creative content, and foster community engagement to achieve business results. This role requires a strategic thinker to connect creative assets with a cohesive narrative, build an audience, and enhance brand equity and revenue. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for setting the vision, owning the strategy, and executing across all social media channels.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of social media management experience, with demonstrated ownership of strategy, not just execution.
  • Proven track record of growing engaged audiences and driving measurable results (revenue, follower growth, engagement rate, reach).
  • Deep fluency across Instagram and TikTok, understanding algorithmic and creative nuances and adapting strategy accordingly.
  • Experience managing UGC programs, influencer/affiliate relationships, and product seeding initiatives.
  • Strong creative eye for storytelling through photography and video.
  • Excellent brief-writing and communication skills for collaboration with creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and comfortable building/presenting performance reports.
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a content strategy that communicates product quality, brand culture, custom capabilities, and community engagement.
  • Build content calendars that balance product storytelling, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and cultural moments.
  • Collaborate with the creative team (photographers, videographers, designers) to brief, curate, and direct content.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms, creating platform-native, culturally relevant content optimized for engagement and performance.
  • Develop and execute a social commerce strategy that drives revenue while maintaining brand integrity, integrating organic and paid-adjacent content.
  • Utilize platform-native shopping tools (Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, link-in-bio) to facilitate purchases.
  • Track and report on social-attributed revenue, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize the content-to-commerce funnel.
  • Partner with the marketing team on promotions, launches, and campaigns for strategic social amplification.
  • Manage the end-to-end social partnership process, including outreach, negotiation, content monitoring, and reporting for collaborators.
  • Build and manage a product seeding program, identifying creators, athletes, and tastemakers who align with the brand.
  • Develop a UGC strategy to incentivize customer content creation and build social proof.
  • Establish and grow an affiliate program to drive reach and revenue.
  • Manage influencer relationships from outreach to reporting, ensuring clear expectations, authentic integration, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage and allocate budget for influencer, affiliate, and UGC campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Monitor emerging trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for presence enhancement.
  • Create timely, high-quality content in response to trend-driven opportunities.
  • Develop a process for capturing real-time moments to keep the social feed relevant.
  • Proactively identify future trends and provide recommendations to the brand team.
