About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Social Media Manager to serve as the "Execution Engine" of our Marketing Department. Based in our Georgetown, Texas office, this role is critical to supporting our 2026 targets of reaching $3.5M in income and adding 50 new Mansion Builders. You will be responsible for taking the high-level vision set by our Fractional YouTube Strategist and executing it flawlessly across all platforms. This is not just a posting role; you will direct a virtual editing team, manage the publishing workflow for both the ALM consulting brand and Platinum Resorts, and drive our short-form content strategy. A key objective of this role is to build the operational muscle required to launch a new revenue stream: offering a packaged marketing agency service to ALM Strategic Partners. As this agency model scales, you will have the opportunity to earn profit-sharing and commission, providing a clear path to a six-figure income tied directly to the company's growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple workflows and direct a remote editing team.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, particularly Instagram and YouTube, and the ability to think critically about content performance.
  • Copywriting: Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for writing engaging hooks and captions.
  • Analytics: Experience with analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights) to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of the marketing execution engine.

Responsibilities

  • Content Execution & Publishing: Manage the daily publishing workflow across all platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) for both the ALM consulting brand and Platinum Resorts physical facilities.
  • Team Leadership: Direct our virtual assistant editing team, providing real creative direction, reviewing video cuts, and ensuring high-quality output rather than just assigning tasks.
  • Short-Form Strategy: Analyze Instagram Insights and adapt our YouTube-first strategy for short-form platforms. Mine long-form footage (podcasts, series) to identify high-performing clips and write compelling hooks.
  • Community Management: Handle daily posting, captions, DMs, and comments across all platforms to foster engagement and build our community.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain weekly scorecards, track KPIs (Intro Calls booked, qualified leads, audience growth), and participate in L10 meetings to report on content performance.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the Fractional YouTube Strategist to ensure daily execution aligns with monthly content themes, business milestones, and overall strategy.
  • Agency Development: Successfully run marketing for ALM and Platinum Resorts to prove internal systems, paving the way to offer packaged marketing services to ALM Strategic Partners.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year.
  • Incentive Structure: 10%–15% commission on monthly retainer fees paid by Strategic Partners for marketing services once the SP Marketing Agency is launched. For example, securing 10 SPs at $3,000/month would add $36,000–$54,000 annually in commission income.
  • Professional Development: Enrollment in the Meta Blueprint Certification program ($500–$1,500 value) to deepen your native understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms.
