This role involves defining the social media presence, content strategy, and performance metrics for key channels like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. The Social Media Manager will be the in-house expert on platform algorithms, audience behavior, and organic social performance, collaborating closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Content, PR, and Paid Media teams. A key aspect of this role is building a strategy from the ground up, rather than maintaining an existing one, and managing a direct report focused on community management and engagement.
