Based in Dallas and reporting to the Brand Director, as Social Media Manager you are the eyes, ears, and voice of our brand online. You own our social media presence from start to finish—from initial ideation and planning to on-site capture, post-production, and publishing. In this role, you will also step into a leadership capacity, directly managing a Content Producer. Together, you will oversee the creation of long-form video assets and specialized advertisement content that lives on various digital media platforms and channels. Additionally, you will guide and direct this role to act as a dedicated producer for our more "elevated" social pieces, ensuring high-end post-production editing, polished formatting, and premium visual execution for major brand moments. We are not looking for a simple content scheduler. We want a storyteller, a trend spotter, and a community builder who knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling.
