About The Position

Center Court Pickleball is seeking a Social Media Manager to build, own, and grow their digital presence across eight platforms. This role is crucial for driving membership growth by creating engaging content that attracts new players. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, understand how to convert online engagement into real-world participation, and be comfortable capturing live content at monthly club events, including evenings and weekends. This position offers flexibility in terms of part-time or full-time employment based on experience and availability.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showing real results across multiple platforms, demonstrating actual growth.
  • Understanding that great content builds community and attracts new members.
  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Comfortable with smartphone cameras and basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
  • Trend-aware but selective in choosing which trends and formats to adopt.
  • 2+ years of hands-on social media content creation experience.
  • Self-starter capable of managing a packed content calendar and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to write with personality, ensuring captions, CTAs, and replies sound human.
  • Comfortable attending monthly events and capturing live content in dynamic, on-court environments.

  • Plays pickleball or is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Create platform-native content for TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, and LinkedIn.
  • Design branded graphics using Canva.
  • Build and manage a multi-platform content calendar aligned with events, promotions, and membership campaigns.
  • Maintain organized content archives and update the website gallery.
  • Craft content with a conversion mindset to inspire visits, clinic sign-ups, and membership.
  • Partner with sales and membership teams to align social campaigns with drives and offers.
  • Highlight member stories, testimonials, and milestones.
  • Support event-based lead generation through compelling content.
  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and Google reviews.
  • Track analytics across all platforms and use data to inform content decisions.
  • Achieve monthly goals for engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and membership inquiry attribution.
  • Collaborate with Club GMs and leadership to ensure content alignment.
  • Manage community engagement and ensure content approval workflows are followed.
  • Attend monthly club events, leagues, tournaments, and special activations to capture live photos and videos.
  • Be on the courts filming matches, clinics, tournaments, and member moments.
