About The Position

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow the social presence of our law firm clients across platforms. You'll be responsible for developing channel strategy, creating and publishing content, building audience engagement, and reporting on performance - all in service of making our clients look like the authorities they are in their markets. This isn't a scheduling-and-posting role. We want someone who thinks strategically about why content works, understands platform nuance deeply, and can turn complex legal topics into content that actually connects with people.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing social media for brands or clients, with agency experience strongly preferred
  • Deep familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, including how content performs differently across each platform and why
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice to fit a brand and write for social rather than just marketing copy
  • Proven ability to grow and engage an audience organically, with results you can point to rather than just activity
  • Comfort with social analytics tools and translating performance data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and reliability, with a habit of proactively flagging issues and keeping stakeholders informed
  • Ability to make legal content feel human, relevant, and worth engaging with

Nice To Haves

  • Experience running paid social campaigns in support of organic content strategy
  • Short-form video production or editing skills including Reels and TikTok-style content
  • Experience in legal, professional services, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with social scheduling and management tools such as Sprout Social, Later, or Hootsuite

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for law firm clients across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X tailored to each platform's audience and format
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content: written posts, images, and short-form video with a consistent voice and clear strategic purpose behind each piece
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with audiences to build brand loyalty and community for our clients
  • Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights - adjusting content strategy based on what's resonating
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative and strategy teams to produce visuals and content that make complex legal topics approachable and engaging
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging formats to keep our clients ahead of the curve
  • Develop and maintain content calendars that align with each client's broader marketing strategy
  • Prepare clear, client-ready performance reports that communicate growth, engagement trends, and strategic recommendations
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-sponsored 401(k) with matching
  • Flexible work schedule, work when and where you're most productive as long as deliverables are met
  • Up to $500 reimbursement for pet adoption fees or vaccinations
  • Technology stipend for equipment setup
  • Professional development opportunities
