  • Strong command of content marketing theory, copy drafting, asset selection, and brand guideline compliance.
  • Ability to shift between creative/conceptual marketing and analytical/performance evaluation modes within the same workflow.
  • Proficiency in content marketing theory, copy drafting, asset selection, and brand guideline compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration platforms — Basecamp, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics, search research, and benchmarking tools — Google Analytics, Google Trends, AnswerThePublic.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, Gemini, and others) for content creation, research support, and strategic formulation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Keynote, and cloud platforms (Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience developing content strategies, content calendars, and campaign concepts for client-facing brand accounts.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships — attending status meetings, presenting deliverables, and maintaining account satisfaction.
  • Experience producing monthly performance reports with actionable insights and ROI analysis for clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive content calendars, digital strategies, campaign concepts, communication pillars, and content proposals for assigned client accounts.
  • Conduct Brand Discovery processes — outlining unique brand characteristics, core values, beliefs, and consumer purchasing motivators.
  • Write, adapt, edit, and review copy following the guidelines of each brand, market, and social platform.

  • Manage solid client relationships across assigned brand portfolios — accountable for account growth, client satisfaction, and retention.
  • Identify client requirements and develop accountable marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Participate in weekly client status meetings — acting as the primary point of contact for social media deliverables per brand.
  • Participate in weekly internal agency status meetings to align cross-functional teams on priorities, progress, and deliverables.
  • Interact with all digital, brand, and client teams in the development and execution of social media initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Maintain and manage daily traffic logs, task management tools, project timelines, and action logs.

  • Develop and expand community and blogger outreach efforts, conduct online advocacy, and open streams for cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain a log of outputs to ensure total deliverables match the client Scope of Work at all times.
  • Develop monthly performance reports and analyze overall social media and campaign results across assigned accounts.
  • Consult and compare multiple dashboards to analyze metrics — reach, impressions, interactions, engagement rates, community growth, and platform performance — across content types, countries, and time periods.
  • Analyze benchmarks, direct competitors, digital trends, and audience behaviors using Google Analytics, Google Trends, AnswerThePublic, and equivalent tools.
  • Prepare concise presentations with findings, actionable recommendations, and optimization proposals for clients and executive management demonstrating clear ROI.
