21 TSI is rewriting the rules and shaping the future of the sports and recovery industry. In just five years, we’ve launched Maddle, Montreal Weights, Ascend, and Nordik Recovery, fulfilling more than 100,000 orders across Canada. With rapid growth and North American expansion ahead, we are building the systems that will allow us to scale efficiently. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at JM Agency a holding company operating e-commerce brands based in Montreal, Canada. We own four successful brands (Maddle, Montreal Weights, Ascend & Nordik Recovery) and have processed more than 100,000 orders across Canada over the past three years. We are currently looking for talented individuals to support our growth and help expand our brands (and future brands) across North America and internationally. As part of our growth, we are developing a content creation engine based on systems and rapid iteration. We are looking for candidates who can structure, test, and continuously improve creative processes in order to optimize content performance and support the expansion of our brands across North America and globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or a multi-brand environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit), trends, and algorithms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends, particularly in e-commerce and social media.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with e-commerce brands or in a multi-brand environment.
  • Proficiency or ease in using artificial intelligence tools integrated into content creation processes.
  • Ability to structure, optimize, and evolve work processes (ideation → production → analysis → iteration).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with overall objectives for the four brands.
  • In collaboration with our creative leads and design agencies, create engaging written, visual, and video content that is consistent with the brand identity for social media channels.
  • Manage content calendars for each brand to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and posting frequency across all digital and social media touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to create cohesive campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee the daily management of social media accounts across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, etc.), ensuring timely publication of content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive online brand presence.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to optimize content performance.
  • Set up social listening tools to track brand sentiment, customer feedback, and emerging trends.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve results.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to management, including actionable recommendations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and traffic to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate content ideation, creation, and optimization processes.
  • Structure ideation and production processes that allow the rapid development of different creative angles and variations.
  • Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure brand consistency and content performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative processes through performance analysis and a rapid iteration approach.
  • Support the development of cross-brand campaigns and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead to ensure content remains consistent with the voice and positioning of each brand.
  • Develop and maintain online communities by building strong relationships with followers and engaging brand advocates.
  • In collaboration with the Partnerships team, manage and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with brand values and audiences.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content, and propose new ideas to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation
