The Social Media Manager will own the strategy, planning, and execution of Red Aspen’s social content across all platforms, with a strong focus on building a scalable content engine that drives engagement, grows community, and supports revenue through high-impact, video-first content. This role is equal parts strategist, creator, and operator—someone who can turn ideas into content, and content into performance. They’ll build a scalable, insight-driven content system that produces high-impact content aligned with launches, campaigns, and business goals. This includes developing content plans, writing scripts, sourcing inspiration, and guiding creators to deliver content that resonates, scales, and drives measurable results across all platforms. They’ll also play a key role in growing TikTok and TikTok Shop through live selling, trends, and performance insights to drive measurable growth and GMV.
