Social Media Manager

Baker Hughes•Houston, TX

About The Position

The Social Media Manager will transform social media from a corporate publishing function into an enterprise-wide capability that builds industry authority, influence, reputation and demand. Within 24 months, success includes increasing competitive share of voice, building scalable employee advocacy and expert amplification, and establishing the company as a leading voice in key industry discussions. The position leads social innovation, content systems, community engagement, social intelligence and measurement. It works with executives, technical experts and cross-functional business leaders to turn expertise into useful, distinctive, platform-native content; test emerging technologies and formats; and embed governance, workflows, training and advocacy programs across the organization.
