About The Position

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (at least 2 years experience) who sees social media as both a creative outlet and a meaningful driver of business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys social media and stays curious about how platforms evolve. You keep up with new features, trends and format shifts, and you’re proactive about testing what could work for our audience. Crucially, you understand that social media should support real business outcomes. You’ll be actively filming, editing and creating content for the brand. You should feel comfortable behind the camera and confident capturing authentic, human stories in a sensitive and thoughtful way. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll help ensure our social media activity contributes to brand awareness, traffic, leads and sales while staying aligned with Elder’s tone and values.
